Great video…I love knishes have and have eaten them forever. I am 76 years old and by far the best knish was my Bubbies, may she rest in peace. The highlight of visiting her in NY, was enjoying her cooking and especially knishes. Recipes were never written down, a little of this, a little of that, and they tasted the same every time. A taste that will never be replicated. Love your content.

Those would be good for many - as the internet can be a real distraction and such a temptation to use more than is good for us. Sometimes self discipline is in short supply!

I went to Brooklyn Law so I spent the greater part of my waking hours in Brooklyn. I really miss Brooklyn! Great food, so many different foods. So many different cultures to explore. Oh, these knishes look so good!

I think the competition has to do with money not Koshres obviously. They are fighting over businesses and shuls and school buildings. Both are kosher and everyone agrees with that. Being that Satmer uses the funds from the meat production and matzoh bakories to help them pay for the schooling for kids from low income families, the kehilla needs a lot of profitable businesses to cover the ones that are not profitable

One thing I miss about living in NYC are the potato knishes. Thanks PS, as you know, a knish should NEVER go in the microwave. 8 minutes at 400 F in the air fryer will keep the crispiness.

I love, love, love your content. I love how you give insight into a community so few understand and show that they are human like anyone else. One thing I'd like to see, if you're willing to share, is to understand more of your personal journey. I'd like to know more about your decision to leave the community, how (I expect) you were shunned when you first left, and how the community seems to tolerate and even support you now. If like to know more about how you raised a child with an ex who was still in the community. How did you negotiate how he would be raised? From the videos I've seen with Seth it looks like he's religiously observant but not in the chassidesh community. How did that come about?
